Hi All,

I hope everybody have a good healthy condition first!!


I bought 4 pcs of this Maerklin personenwagen and i will modified all of thenm to MAV 2 class standard intercity coach (Rába made ) later DDR also produced but with different bogies.
This 1st class DB wagen has got almost similar window section (10 pcs window) the position is really same but 3cm smaller (which means 1mm in spure 1 scale) than the original Raba style.
The main differences: roof and of course the bogies .
I almost finished the first one, please have a look (without re-paint).
The bogie provide suspension i will attach video later.

Hi Dieter,

I will build one more M62 (DR V 200) which will be yours. Now its seems i will have time....

I already finished 3 pcs roof modification and i started to 'clean and paint' process .

Hi All

I almost finished the modifications , and i played with them in living room..:)


I made a few video, and one of them is slow motion which show something about the suspension.
The first coach still running the original Maerklin bogie.
