Rail Com fähiger Decoder in der 99.64 und TSSD ?

Hallo
Ist ein Rail Com fähiger Decoder in der 99.64 und TSSD verbaut, oder benötigt man zum Betrieb mit dem System Decoder 7 von Km-1 noch einen Rail-Com Sender 68330 ?
Ist z.B. ein 3.5 Esu Decoder, der in KM-1 Loks verbaut ist, Rail COM fähig?

Railcom

Da sind Esu Loksound 4.x H0-Decoder verbaut, die Railcom und Railcom+ können.

Allerdings gibt es Unterschiede, wie die Decoder das Railcom Protokoll unterstützen.

die 3.x Decoder aus Ulm sind allesamt NICHT Rail-Com fähig.
